Saturday, Oct. 24, at 6 PM at Beach Access #2 on North Topsail Beach.  There will be a limited number of kayaks available for those who do not have their own kayaks.  For more information go to Onslow County Parks and Recreation website or contact Kathy at kt2c@bigfoot.com
